Payment
When you purchase items through Bordkort, you automatically accept our terms and conditions, so we recommend that you read our terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Bordkort.eu accepts payments with Credit Card VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment is charged when we begin processing your order, which means that no refunds can be issued once we have started work on your custom-made item.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.
Bordkort.eu uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others.
Delivery
Bordkort.eu produces items to order. Therefore, during busy periods, especially around confirmation season, we have long delivery times, but we strive to ship within 5 business days.
We ship with DAO parcel shop and direct delivery.
Right to complain
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain covers defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The right to complain does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
Bordkort.eu will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
A 14-day return policy applies to all pre-fabricated goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the date of withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days thereafter.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to your specifications. These cannot be exchanged or returned.
Notification must be given by email to kontakt@Bordkort.eu. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried more than described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not take it into actual use.
Reservations and disclaimer
Our products are not made to come into contact with food. Neither directly in cakes nor in drinks. The place cards and invitations are made of cardboard and paper and are therefore only intended for indoor use and are not moisture resistant.
Bordkort.eu reserves the right to make changes to fees, prices, and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out items, and force majeure, including labor disputes, machine breakdowns, and defects or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.

Regarding personalized invitations, it is up to the buyer to ensure that all words and names sent to us are spelled correctly. We copy/paste from the order and therefore cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors.
We do our best to ensure that our products are delivered as perfectly as possible. As we cut with laser, it can also be expected that there may be some soot on the products.
